LIVE-Ex Online Dialogue: Waste Management

Friday, 16 October 2026 · 14:00 CEST · Online

What does waste tell us about the way we live?

From plastic on the beaches of Costa do Sol to overflowing bins in city streets, waste is one of the most visible environmental challenges young people face in their communities. It is also one where local action makes a real difference.

Join us for the third LIVE-Ex Online Dialogue, dedicated to waste management. Young people and mentors from the LIVE-Ex network will share what they have learned from their own communities, discuss greener solutions and explore how waste connects to the wider climate conversation.

This session is hosted and moderated by the LIVE-Ex team in Mozambique and will be held in Portuguese, with live translation into English and French in the chat.
