The Sound of Change is the Voices for Change podcast series, bringing together activists, artists and volunteers to share perspectives on climate justice, social justice and community action.
The conversations were conducted by Raksha Shenoy (FSL India) and Ian Mugowa (Zimbabwe Workcamps Organisation) during the Earth Artivists Training in Nairobi, Kenya, in June 2025.

A musician and actor from Pretoria on how music, theatre and activism fit together. He shares how he got into rapping as a teenager, his work teaching children at a theatre institute, his first ever flight to Kenya, and why he believes change starts with one person and every human being is a genius.

Fehmi Aduk on Decolonization, Artivism & Active Hope
A communication and advocacy expert from Turkey on decolonisation and language. He questions who is hidden behind words like colonize and globalize, tells a story about colonised mindsets from his work in an African country, and makes the case for artivism and music built on active hope rather than fear.
