Rhenelyn Queen P. Dadulo (Queenie) is the founder and President of Global Initiative Exchange and Development Inc. (GIED) in the Philippines. GIED is a non-government and non-profit organisation advocating for Social Development through International Voluntary Service Exchange and Social development initiatives.
Queenie has almost two decades of government service experience as a Senior Youth Development Specialist under the Office of the President of the Philippines-National Youth Commission (NYC) in 1996 until her early retirement from government service in 2015. She also worked at a reputable private consultancy and marketing company where she was actively involved in the business development process, strategic and interactive marketing from 2013 to 2015. Currently, she serves as a Consultant on youth development and social entrepreneurship to the Office of the Senator of the Philippines, Aquilino Martin LL. Pimentel III.
Queenie holds a Masters’s degree in Community Development at the University of the Philippines-Diliman, Quezon City and a graduate of Bachelors’s degree in Mass Communication from Silliman University, Dumaguete City. She is an experienced organiser, researcher, trainer and educator in various local and international programs. Her extensive experience in youth development prompted her to organise and initiate international youth development work from 2007 up to the present. Her contribution to international youth development work is well recognised having been part of the International Cultural Youth Exchange Federation’s (ICYE) different organisational development and capacity building initiatives since 2009 up to the present, elected as president of the Network for Voluntary Development in Asia (NVDA) in 2018-2020 and recently elected as Executive Committee member of the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) for 2022-2023.
