The training on strategic planning and fundraising is the second phase of the From Vision to Action project, a five-day event held from April 12 to April 16, 2015. This initiative is part of the larger campaign aiming to utilize the capacities within the International Volunteer Service Movement. The focus is on pursuing the strategic goals outlined in the White Paper for IVS related to Sustainability and Environment, with a emphasis on support measures such as Networking, Capacity Building, Impact, and Communication. This training follows the first stage, which centered on impact measurement and sustainability and took place in Berlin from January 21 to January 27, 2015. The event in Buenos Aires was hosted by the Argentinian International Voluntary Service organization Subir al Sur and facilitated by Oriol Josa from CCIVS and Florencia Cadorini from Subir al Sur.
