ICON is implemented by a consortium of four IVS organisations:
🇨🇿 INEX-SDA — Coordinator
INEX – Sdružení dobrovolných aktivit (INEX-SDA), based in the Czech Republic, coordinates the ICON project and leads the overall capacity-building process.
Within ICON, INEX-SDA:
🔹Oversees project management, reporting, and coordination
🔹Ensures implementation of work packages and delivery of results
🔹Facilitates collaboration between partners
🔹Guides the strategic development of capacity-building tools and processes
🌍 CCIVS — Consortium Partner
The Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS), based at UNESCO House in Paris, brings an international network perspective and sector-level expertise to the project.
Within ICON, CCIVS:
🔹Leads the development and refinement of impact assessment methodologies
🔹Supports the transferability of tools across the IVS network
🔹Contributes to European-level dissemination and cooperation
🇦🇱 PVN Albania — Consortium Partner
Projekte Vullnetare Ndërkombëtare (PVN Albania) contributes national-level implementation and piloting experience within the project.
Within ICON, PVN Albania:
🔹Engages in staff capacity-building activities
🔹Pilots impact assessment and communication tools
🔹Contributes to the testing and refinement of community-building strategies
🇽🇰 GAIA Kosovo — Consortium Partner
GAIA, based in Pristina, Kosovo, contributes practical implementation experience and a regional perspective to the project.
Within ICON, GAIA:
🔹Participates in training and piloting activities
🔹Tests impact and engagement strategies in practice
🔹Supports dissemination and long-term sustainability of project results
